Pick up customers' two-wheelers from their home, office, or designated location for servicing.
Safely deliver serviced vehicles back to customers within the committed time.
Conduct a basic visual inspection of the vehicle at pickup and note any existing damages or issues.
Ensure proper documentation, including pickup/delivery acknowledgments and service-related forms.
Coordinate with the service advisor regarding customer complaints, service requirements, and delivery schedules.
Communicate pickup and delivery timings to customers and provide status updates when required.
Verify that the vehicle has been serviced as per the job card before delivery.
Collect customer signatures, payments (if assigned), and required documents during delivery.
